Chamonix has finally installed its first dedicated snowshoe trail for beginners close to Les Houches. This is a clear sign of the acceptance of the huge growth in the market of people doing non skiing activities in the winter, and we welcome this move. For those who want to venture further afield and away from the crowds, we have a couple of spaces left on our Italian Snowshoe Weekend running Saturday 18 – Sunday 19 April. The cost of the guiding is £99 per person for the two days, and you stay in a luxury mountain hut.
