No it’s not a photo taken in Yosemite National Park, though it could easily be! This is a shot of Geraint near the top of Machaby, a giant crag in Italy, on last weeks Alpine Rock course. Also in the week, they visited the Val Ferret in Italy, Barbarine in Switzerland, and a couple of days on classic rock routes in the Aiguilles Rouges above Chamonix in France. Clearly this week had an international feel. This course can be run on any date if there are two of you booking together, as well as on scheduled dates for those looking to be paired up with a suitable climbing partner.
