No it wasn’t the actual Fernando Torres from Liverpool FC who was on Mont Blanc with us last week. He was probably sat at home mulling over transfer bids from other teams, and watching his teams captain going to court each day! We clearly had his biggest fan, as you can see from this photo of Marc on the Mer de Glace, in the LFC Torres shirt. He was successful on reaching the summit via the Gouter route, guided by Sev.
