It is rare for groups to arrive at the summit of Mont Blanc at the same time, but here are four of last weeks group celebrating on the top together! The weather was quite snowy early on during the week, but the guides selected the best weather window, and after enjoying the night in a practically empty Gouter hut (an unheard of experience), they had perfect conditions on Mont Blanc the next day. September ascents of Mont Blanc are a great way of escaping the busier mid season months, but you must ensure you have good equipment and clothing, as it does get cooler.
