Here is a great photo from last weeks off piste course in Chamonix, of the group booting over the back of Le Tour to access the amazing ski descent to Trient. Here they were guided by Gilles, a local guide with an amazing understanding of the regional mountain weather. On this day he excelled himself in finding pockets of perfect weather and good snow. Behind the skiers you can see the cloud inversion, below which the cold air kept the powder perfect. On the final day of the course the group skied the Vallée Blanche twice in a day, by different variations.
