Last week saw our busiest ever 24 hours on Mont Blanc, with 19 clients and guides reaching the summit in just a day! This week has been only a little quieter, but it is clear that the conditions are great, and we have been enjoying great summit success rates. All of our groups have started from the Gouter refuge, which provides the shortest summit day, and so the highest chances of success for those who are well acclimatised. As you can see from this summit photo, the snow is well tracked and consolidated, but with the valley temperatures reaching over 30°C, it is not too cold.
