Whichever way you read the title, it’s correct – a Scot in the Alps, or Scottish Alpine weather! Here Ewan (the Scot) is enjoying wintery conditions on the Cosmiques Arête a couple of days ago. The weather has turned very snowy for the last few days, with fresh snow down to 2200m above Chamonix today. Fortunately the good weather and sun is due back in the Alps from tomorrow, but it has sent our groups scuttling all over the place in the search of better weather; to Gran Paradiso, Monte Rosa, and Zermatt. Tomorrow is a big summit day for our groups on the Liskaam traverse, and three different routes on Gran Paradiso. Good luck everyone, and enjoy the fresh snow!
