Here’s the view of the Aiguille du Midi cable car station in Chamonix this morning. There’s been a light snowfall in town, but no significant depth of snow is in the valley. Up on the mountains there has been decent snowfalls, so things are shaping up well. As ever, it’s been amusing to see reports of “snow dumping in Cham” etc, but now there is a great range of live webcams, so you can track the snow in real time.
