Stunning photo from our group out snowshoeing above Les Contamines this afternoon, as they descended towards the setting sun. They reported great snow conditions with low avalanche risk, and light fluffy powder snow. They started out from La Frasse, and ascended to Chalets du Truc, and Mont Truc, before descending via La Gruvaz.

At this time of season, we are running snowshoe days, half days, weekends and weeks, so there’s plenty of choice. The conditions are phenomenal at present, with the light snow being perfect for effortless snowshoeing.
