There are many iconic routes and views in the Alps, but in our opinion this panorama from the summit of the Dent du Geant (Giants Tooth) really takes a lot to beat. The huge Italian south face of Mont Blanc is a perfect backdrop to the climber on the fore-summit of the Dent du Geant in the foreground.
This summer season in the Alps is busier than usual for us with clients booking on mountaineering courses to climb classic and technical routes. We offer two summer courses, that are based in the Mont Blanc massif on a 1:2 guiding ratio, to tackle a sample of these routes.
Technical Classics is a course that runs throughout the summer season to ascend snow and mixed routes. The Alpine North Faces course is focused on ice and steep snow routes, and is only operated in early summer season, until early July, when there is typically good snow cover on the faces and glaciers.
If you are keen to join one of these trips, note that we are already down to our final spaces in June and July, so we advise you to move quick to guarantee a space.
