Last week our Winter Alpine Intro course enjoyed a mixture of mountaineering and ice climbing in Chamonix and Courmayeur. There was plenty of fresh snow, and some days of high winds, but the itinerary is super flexible to adapt to this and the highlights were the ascent of Aiguille du Toule pictured above, and ice climbing on Deferlante route above the Argentiere glacier. We have just two remaining Winter Intro courses this season (click for itinerary), running on the 15-21 March and the 5-11 April 2015.
