A few clients have been in contact to query if our advertised courses will change prices or have a post-Brexit supplement applied to them. The answer is a categorical NO. We will honour all our advertised trip prices, and are not going to be exploitative and greedy, following the lack of political leadership and adventure travel industry hysteria. It is a sign of the stability of companies such as Icicle, in this marketplace, which can offer genuine leadership and a security, whilst others are quite overtly losing their heads and lining their pockets with your money.

The graph above explains why we are guaranteeing our prices. It shows a tracker of the exchange rates between the £GBP and €Euro over the last decade, right up to today. On average we had lower exchange rates in most of 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013. The post Brexit slide in the £GBP against the €Euro isn’t the lowest it’s been, or the biggest drop over a month. Just look at 2008! To offer you financial security, ALL our prices are advertised in £GBP, which means that if there are future currency fluctuations, it is our very modest margins that are squeezed, not your pocket.
