In summary, the winter arrived late in the Alps, but it’s been a very good year for ice climbing and snowshoeing, and as the photo above shows, the off piste in Chamonix is currently tip-top! It’s been a busy time of year for us, with teams currently climbing Aconcagua, Toubkal and Kilimanjaro, as well as a wide range of Alpine and Lake District courses and events.
