Last call for our first Oberland ski tour of the season. We’ve got just 2 spaces left for the trip next week, that spans the Leap Year day of 29th Feb next week! It’s a fairly challenging ski tour with some of the most stunning panoramas the Alps has to offer, all made easily accessible by the famous railway that runs through the middle of the Eiger. There’s good snow there at the moment, and the high altitude will keep it fresh.
As you are based in good quality comfy Swiss refuges you avoid the hustle of the valley floor and get a good a good cooked meal after the efforts of each day. The food in some of the huts is legendary. You’ll eat well, keeping you fueled for the next day of ski touring. The rosti in the Hollandia hut is legendary!
The week costs Β£1099, and this includes 2 nights accommodation in Grindelwald, 5 days IFMGA guiding, and 4 nights half board in mountain huts. The dates for next week’s trip are 28 Feb – 5 Mar 2016, and we also have a trip running 24-30 April 2016.
